Mark asks…

Colon Cleanse Pills, what to expect?

I just bought the CVS 14 day colon cleanse. I have no idea what to excpet. I’m 21 years old, im not doing it to loose weight. Im doing it because i have felt really bloated for the past few months. I think its because of my birth control. it makes me constipated too (sorry TMI, i know)

I thought this would help just clean me out. I’ve also just started a new diet, non dairy, no caffiene. and I wanted to start out fresh. Reset my system.

what should i expect, am I going to be pooing myself uncontrollably or what?? lol

I’m not very familiar with that brand of colon cleanse.. But since it’s the generic brand name, I’m gonna take a guess that it’s not the best product.

There are a few brands that are reputable, and I would look into taking one of these – Oxypowder, Colonix or Blessed Herbs. These are the best on the market, based on the ingredients and sources of the herbs.

Oxypowder is more of an oxygen colon cleanser that lasts for about 7-10 days. This is the best product works best for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but will also help with bloating, constipation, etc.

Colonix is more of a fiber-based cleanser which will help you cleanse, but takes 30-90 days and you need to drink ALOT of water during that time. It’s a good product, but takes longer.

I would look into getting a different product, just because they have been proven to be the best. Good luck!
